General information:

From winter semester 1992/93 the Research Center for Semiotics at the Technical Unversity of Berlin offered a higher education course in Semiotics. The course was reorganised in June 1997 and is now called Postgraduate Studies in Semiotics.
It is aimed at postgraduates and professionals who have a university qualification ( BA/BSC/university diploma) in a sign-related subject of the arts, humanities, social, natural or engineering sciences (e.g. architecture, art, music, literature and media sciences, linguistics and communication sciences, sociology, biology, medicine, geology, traffic technology).
